1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of investlogic.com.au (the "Website"), operated by Investlogic (ABN 56 642 026 640) ("Investlogic", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Website — including submitting a form, downloading a guide, viewing our current investment opportunities, or booking a call — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Website.

These Terms apply to your use of the Website only. They are separate from any specific engagement or service agreement you enter into with us as a client, which will be governed by its own terms.

2. About Investlogic — No Financial Advice

Investlogic is a property buyer's agency and property sourcing service. We help clients identify, evaluate, and purchase investment properties.

We do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and are not licensed to provide financial product advice. Nothing on the Website, in our guides, in our chat assistant, on a strategy call, or in any list of "current investment opportunities" constitutes financial, taxation, legal, or investment advice, and none of it takes into account your personal objectives, financial situation, or needs.

Any figures, projections, yields, or returns referenced on the Website or in materials we provide (including feasibility figures, rental estimates, or growth data) are estimates for general informational purposes only, may be sourced from third parties or historical data, and are not guaranteed. Property values, rents, and market conditions can go up or down.

Before making any investment decision, you should seek independent financial, legal, taxation, and property advice tailored to your personal circumstances.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of it;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, our systems, or the accounts of other users;

Certain content — including our current list of investment property opportunities — is only accessible after you submit a form with your contact details. By submitting this form, you agree that:

  • The list is provided for general information only, is not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to purchase any specific property, and does not constitute financial or investment advice;
  • Properties, prices, availability, and terms shown may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or currency of listed information, which may be sourced from builders, developers, or third parties;
  • Access may be provided via a third-party platform (currently Monday.com), and your access may be limited, modified, or withdrawn at our discretion; and
  • Any decision to proceed with a specific opportunity is entirely your own, made after your own due diligence and independent professional advice.

5. Guides, Content and Chat Assistant

We may make guides, articles, calculators, and other resources available on the Website, and provide an automated chat assistant to answer general queries and help direct you to relevant resources or bookings. This content is general in nature, may not be tailored to your circumstances, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice. Responses generated by the chat assistant are automated and may not always be accurate or complete — we recommend confirming anything important directly with our team.

6. Bookings

Where the Website allows you to book a strategy call with us, doing so does not create any obligation on your part to engage our services, and does not create any client relationship or duty of care until (and unless) you separately engage us under a signed client agreement. We may reschedule or decline a booking at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, guides, images, and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to Investlogic and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, unless otherwise indicated. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit it without our prior written consent.

Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the relevant service or the cost of doing so.

You agree to indemnify Investlogic against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
