Payment 1 - Engagement Fee - $250.00 + GST payable upon engagement*.

Payment 2 - $500.00 + GST payable if/when your offer is submitted and accepted.

Payment 3 - Balance - $2,250.00 + GST payable when purchase contract goes unconditional.
