Standard Premium Service Fees
- Residential - Buy and Hold, Value Add Investment (Foundational Property)
$14,900.00 inc GST up to $850,000.00 purchase price - Residential - Owner Occupier (Your Home) 2.2% of the purchase price more than $850,000 - min fee $18,700.00 incl GST
- Commercial - Buy and Hold or Value Add (Elevation Property)
$18,700.00 inc GST up to $850,000.00 - Commercial - Buy and Hold or Value Add (Sophisticated Purchase) 2.2% of the purchase price more than $850,000.00
- Co-Living Development (High Cashflow) Land and Construction Fixed Fee $25,000.00 incl GST
- NDIS - Single Dwelling Development, Land and construction (High Cashflow)
Fixed Fee of $25,000.00 incl. GST - NDIS - Duplex Development, Land and Construction (High Cashflow)
Fixed Fee of $40,000.00 incl. GST - Rooming House Conversion (High Cashflow + Equity Uplift)
Fixed Fee of $18,500.00 incl. GST - Project Management Services (NEW Property only) $2,500.00 incl. GST
NOTE: Engagement of our Project Management Services is $2,500.00 inc GST.
Commercial Acquisitions have a due diligence fee payable once due diligence is entered. The balance of full fee is payable on unconditional contract of the property.
***some Commercial Acquisitions may require the engagement of our Leasing Services as part of the strategy which is a new service that is discussed when each opportunity is presented.

Project Management Engagement Fee
Fixed Fee of $2,500.00 payable upon engagement.
There is no further fee to pay Investlogic. Investlogic fees will be paid by the builder partner. The $2,500.00 inc GST engagement fee is for the project management from end to end.
