Investlogic Property Reserve Your Spot – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of Investlogic Reserve Your Spot Services ("Services") provided by InvestLogic Group. By engaging our Services, you ("Client") agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Investlogic provides property concierge advisory services, including but not limited to:

  • Market research and property recommendations
  • Investment strategy development
  • Property shortlisting and due diligence support
  • Assistance with purchase negotiations and settlement coordination

This Agreement does not guarantee the purchase or financial performance of any property.

3. Reserve Your Spot Fee & Payment Terms

3.1 Reserve Your Spot Fee: A refundable reserve your spot fee of $1,500 is required to activate Investlogic Property Acquisition services.
3.2 Payment Terms: Services will commence only after full payment of the concierge fee.

4. Client Obligations

4.1 Information Accuracy: The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding financial status, investment goals, and property preferences.
4.2 Engagement: The Client agrees to actively participate in consultations and property selection processes.
4.3 Decision-Making: The final decision to purchase a property remains solely with the Client. Investlogic provides recommendations but does not guarantee investment success.

5. Agreement Duration & Termination

5.1 Term: This Agreement is valid for up to 6 months from the date of reserve spot fee payment.
5.2 Termination by Client: The Client may choose to discontinue the Services at any time..
5.3 Termination by Investlogic: Investlogic reserves the right to terminate Services if the Client engages in misleading conduct, fails to provide necessary information, or violates these terms.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Financial or Legal Advice: Investlogic provides general investment guidance but does not offer financial, legal, or taxation advice. Clients should seek independent professional advice before making any investment decisions.
6.2 Market Risks: Property values and market conditions fluctuate. Investlogic does not guarantee capital growth, rental yields, or investment returns.
6.3 Third-Party Services: Investlogic may refer Clients to mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and other third-party professionals. Investlogic is not responsible for their services, advice, or outcomes.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

7.1 Confidentiality: All Client information will be kept confidential and used solely for providing property acquisition services.
7.2 Data Protection: Investlogic complies with Australian privacy laws regarding the collection and storage of personal data.

8. General Provisions

8.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
8.2 Amendments: Investlogic reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
