Standard Premium Service Fees 

  • Residential - Buy and Hold, Value Add (Foundational Property)
    2.2% of purchase price with a minimum of $16,500.00 incl. GST
  • Commercial - Buy and Hold or Value Add (Elevation Property) 
    2.2% of purchase price with a minimum of $16,500.00 incl. GST
  • Development - Land subdivision or construction (Budget Builder Property) 
    2.2% of purchase price with a minimum of $22,000.00 incl. GST
  • NDIS - Single Dwelling Development, Land and construction (High Cashflow) 
    Fixed Fee of $25,000.00 incl. GST

  • NDIS - Duplex Development, Land and Construction (High Cashflow)
    Fixed Fee of $40,000.00 incl. GST
     
  • Rooming House (High Cashflow + Equity Uplift) 
    Fixed Fee of $18,500.00 incl. GST



NOTE: Engagement of our Premium Buyers Agent Services is $5,000 incl. GST.
The balance of full fee is payable on unconditional contract of the property.
